Picture a week where your marketing is already done.

It's Monday morning. You're pulling out of the driveway or unlocking the office, focused on the day ahead. Marketing isn't even on your mind, because this week's plan was ready days ago.

Here's how the week actually went:

Friday you spent five minutes filling out a quick recap for me: how the week went and what's coming up.

By Wednesday next week's plan was sitting in your inbox. Five posts written in your voice, built around that job you just wrapped up and the busy season coming up. An email for your customers (or a simple plan to start collecting emails if you don't have any yet). And one specific idea worth trying, like getting in the local paper for an upcoming promotion, teaming up with another business, or a seasonal offer.

Between Wednesday and the weekend you filmed a few short videos on your phone during your lunch break or while on the job (I tell you exactly what to say), looked over the email, and scheduled everything (or handed it off to someone on your team). All in about an hour.

Early in the week your phone buzzes with a note from me sharing what worked last week, what I'm changing, and the answer to that question you asked.

You're already doing the work you're great at, because the thinking, planning, and guessing about your marketing is off your plate.

One person directing all of it, every week.

Your concierge reads your numbers, plans your content, adjusts the strategy, and tells you (or your team) exactly what to do next.

The person spotting a seasonal opportunity is the same one building the promo around it. The person seeing what's working is the same one changing the plan. Everything stays connected because one person sees the full picture and directs every piece.

If you already have people helping, your concierge sets the direction and makes sure their work ties to what's actually bringing in business. If you're doing it alone, it comes off your plate entirely.

What you get every single week.

Weekly check-in

Every Monday or Tuesday you'll get a personal note from Zac with what happened last week, what's changing in your strategy, and answers to anything you asked. All it takes from you is a five-minute recap you fill out at the end of the week.

5 days of social content

Your week of posts is planned out for you, so you're never staring at your phone wondering what to post. Scripts and captions are written in your voice, with guidance on the photo, video, or graphic to pair with each one, and it all lands by Wednesday so you have plenty of time to record and schedule.

Weekly email + Google post

Your weekly email is drafted in your voice and tied to your sales and growth goals, keeping past customers and new subscribers connected to you, so when they're ready, you're the one they think of first. You'll also get a weekly Google Business post drafted, so your listing stays fresh when people search for you. No email list yet? You'll get a simple plan to start one.

Marketing and PR ideas

When there's a seasonal push worth running, a local story worth pitching, a partnership or community event that gets you noticed around town, or a creative promotion that fits your business, it shows up in your check-in with a plan attached, so you catch the opportunities you'd normally miss.

Everything connected

Every post, email, and idea works together to move people from finding you to calling you.

Who this is for.

You run a service business, a church, or a nonprofit. You've built something that works because you're great at what you do, and the people you serve know it.

You also know there's more out there for you. More clients who'd hire you if they knew you existed, more people who'd walk through your doors, more families you could serve, more impact you could make.

You want marketing handled so you can focus on what you're called to do and the life you're building this for. Clear direction, measurable results, in language you can actually understand. You're ready to show up for about an hour a week to record and post, if someone else will tell you exactly what to say and make sure it's all connected to a plan that's actually being tracked.

How it works

1

Onboarding

We kick things off with a short questionnaire about your business, your customers, and your goals. I review it along with your current marketing, so our 30 to 45 minute strategy call goes straight to where you're headed. By the end, I have everything I need to write in your voice and build your plan.

2

Weekly Rhythm

At the end of each week, you spend about five minutes on a quick recap: how the week went and a few stats (it's easy, promise). By Wednesday your content plan, scripts, email draft, and strategy notes are in your inbox. You record and schedule on your own time, so your marketing keeps moving, even on your busiest weeks.

3

Ongoing Adjustment

What worked last week shapes what happens next week. When something lands, we lean into it. When something shifts, the plan shifts with it. Your marketing stays current because someone's paying attention every single week and making decisions based on what's actually happening.

Why this works when other things haven't.

If you've tried getting help with your marketing before, chances are it fell apart for one of these reasons.

You hired someone to post. You never really knew if it was worth it.

Posts went out and the stats looked fine. Maybe a few calls came in, but you couldn't tell if they came from the posts or would've found you anyway. You kept paying because stopping felt riskier than guessing.

You hired an agency. You paid a lot and still felt in the dark.

The monthly reports were full of numbers that sounded good, but they never answered the one question you cared about: is this actually growing my business? And when you asked, the answer was more jargon or a suggestion to spend more.

You tried doing it yourself. The real work always won.

You'd sit down on a Sunday night to figure out what to post, get a few good weeks in, and then a busy stretch would hit and everything went quiet again. Every time you saw a competitor posting, that little voice showed up saying you should be doing more.

Someone built something once. It's been sitting there ever since.

Your website felt like a big step when it went up. But your business has grown since then, and part of you cringes a little when you send someone there. Same with your Google profile or the email list you keep meaning to use.

Every one of those stories has the same problem: nobody was in charge of the whole thing. Nobody was checking what actually brought in business, changing course when something wasn't working, and keeping it moving every single week.

That's exactly what Marketing Concierge does.

Small shifts. Real results.

Meet Zac

I've spent over a decade helping service businesses, churches, authors, and nonprofits get their marketing working. I've worked on PR for one of the top literary festivals in the country, built the site behind multiple six-figure launches, and helped clients hit #1 on the Amazon and ECPA bestseller lists.

I built Marketing Concierge because I kept watching great people stay invisible to the people who needed them, and I wanted to be the one who actually fixes that.
